摘要
供应商管理库存是一种先进的库存管理策略,吸引了很多学者对其进行研究,而当前对供应商管理库存研究大多不考虑次品存在的情况,因此以包含一个制造商,一个分销商的两级供应链为研究目标,制造商与分销商之间实行供应商管理库存策略,即制造商对分销商库存进行管理,制造商在生产过程存在次品,提出了一个包含次品率的供应商管理库存利润模型,并对模型进行了理论分析以及数据验证。通过整个分析结果展现了次品率对制造商、分销商以及供应链利润变化的影响,为实际决策过程提供理论依据,具有明确的工程应用价值。
Vendor managed inventory is an advanced inventory management strategy,which attracts many research on it,but the current study on vendor managed inventory does not take the imperfect product into consideration.It focuses on a two echelon supply that contains a manufacturer and a distributor,between which a VMI strategy is applied.That means the manufacturer manages the distributor’s inventory,and develops a profit model with defective rate of vendor managed inventory.And a theoretical analysis and data validation are given for the model.The results show the impact of defective rate on the profit of manufacturer,distributor and the supply chain,which provides a theoretical basis for practical decision-making process,with definite value in engineering application.
