Research on Re-Layout of Mixed Production Workshop

介绍了混流生产车间布局以及混流生产车间布局重构问题,讨论了两个影响混流生产车间布局的因素,工序作业时间的变化以及新工序的出现。研究了工序作业时间变化对工作地时间的影响,然后讨论了相应的工作地重构;运用顺序矩阵研究了新工序与原工序的关系,继而讨论新工序能否放入原有工作,提出了不能放入原有工作地的处理方法。最后给出了两种情况下的混流生产车间布局重构研究的一般步骤。

The mixed flow production workshop as well as its re-layout was introduced,in which two factors,including working procedure time variation and new working procedure,which influence layout of the mixed flow production workshop were discussed.Then we studied how working procedure time variation impacted working station time and working station re-layout.And we studied the restruction of the working stations and the relationship between the new working procedure and the old ones by applying sequence matrix so that we might judge whether the old procedure could be put into the original working station.Thus the processing method that the new procedure could not be put into the original working station was put forward.At last,the common steps under the two different conditions were given
