摘要
新产品开发与设计中,不应将美学因素作为概念设计方案造型评价的唯一标准。引入产品造型多元质量的概念,从可制造性与可装配性、美学、人机工程三方面构建产品造型多元质量评价模型。运用层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价相结合的方法对产品造型方案的3个主因素指标以及各子因素指标进行定量测量,计算出各指标相对评语集的隶属向量和综合评价值,从而对造型方案进行等级归类和排序。最后以卧式点钞机的开发设计为例,运用提出的多元造型质量评价方法对四款概念设计方案进行评价,证明了该方法的合理性和可行性。
The aesthetic of concept product should not be the only index of the form evaluation in new product development.The concept of multi quality of product form is proposed and the evaluation model for the multi quality of product form is constructed from three aspects：DFMA;Aesthetic;Ergonomics.The combination method between AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to measure three main factor indexes and all sub-factors of product form programs quantitatively.The subjection vector relative to evaluation set and comprehensive evaluation value is accounted with the method,so that the form programs can be classified with different grade and sorted.At last,the reasonableness and feasibility of the method is certified through applying the case of form quality evaluation of four concept design plans of cash counting machines.
