摘要 我国成煤建造多赋存在华北地层区,属石炭二叠含煤地层,灰岩水害非常典型,一旦突水,轻则淹头淹面,重则造成人员伤亡,严重威胁煤矿安全生产。平顶山市瑞平煤电有限公司张村矿位于河南省汝州市朝川矿区中部,主采煤层二1煤层,主采二1煤底板分布有石炭系薄层灰岩和寒武系灰岩,裂隙岩溶发育,富水性较强。张村矿目前太灰与寒灰水位基本维持在-210m左右,采掘头面标高-250~-600m,其采掘头面都不同程度承压,防治水任务艰巨。矿井防治水信息化系统的应用,一方面为煤矿管理者提供一种方便快捷的科学决策工具;另一方面使矿井水文地质数据的管理工作更加科学化、系统化、规范化。防治水系统的应用,无异于邀请许多水文地质、煤矿防治水方面的专家来解决用户需要解决的水文地质方面及防治水方面储多难题。 Coal formation construction in China mainly deposit in stratigraphic regions of Northern China, belonging to Carbonifer- ous-Permian coal bearing strata with typical limestone water outburst disaster causing various damages from head or face submerge to injure or death of people at the time of water outburst, which seriously threatens the safety production of the coal mine. Zhang Cun Coal mine of Ruiping Coal Power Co.,ltd.of Ping Dingshan is located at the central part of the Chao Chuan coal field, Ru Zhou, He Nan province. The floor of its main mining seam, two 1 seam, distributed across the carboniferous thin limestone and cambrian limestone, with developed fracture karst and high water abundance. The Limewater and Cambrian limestone water level of Zhang Cun Mine now basically maintains around about -210m, the elevation of the mining and tunneling reaches as deep as -250 - -600m, with various pressures bearings, posing though tasks on water prevention and control. The application of water prevention and control information system at the coal field has provided, on the one hand, a convenient and quick scientific decision-making tool, on the other hand, a more scientific, systematic and standardized management on geog- raphy and water data. The application of water prevention and control system can be equaled to a team of experts in fields of water resource and geography, coal mine water prevention and control who can resolve many a difficult issues on relevant aspects.
