黑莓压顶繁殖法试验研究

Experimental Study on Method of Propagation by Layering of Black Berry

初步确定了黑莓压顶繁殖法的基本概念和内涵,并通过观测不同树龄繁殖母株新生枝条在不同压顶时期压顶芽生根及地下部幼苗生长发育的过程,了解和认识了黑莓压顶繁殖生长过程的基本特性,即:不同树龄母株对黑莓新生枝的自然生产量影响不大,而对生长量的影响较大,3年树龄母株比2年树龄母株更适合压顶繁殖;不同压顶时期对黑莓生根形成期、新生根及地下部幼苗生长发育影响较大,而对地下部幼苗形成期则影响不大,7月份压顶繁殖比8月份更有利于幼苗的生长发育。

It initially ascertained basic concept and intension of the method of propagation by layering of black berry and understood the basic characteristic of growing process of propagation by layering,through observing the process of growth and development of underground seedlings and rooting in different layering periods of the new branches of propagated maternal plants in different ages.The outcomes show that: a) the influence of maternal plants in different ages to the natural production of new branches of black berry is not great,but is greater to the growth;b) 3-year maternal plant is more suitable to propagation by layering,comparing with 2-year maternal plant;c) the influence of different layering periods to the root formation,new root and the growth and development of underground seedlings is greater and not great to the formation of underground seedlings;d) the propagation by layering in July is more suitable to the growth and development of seedlings comparing with that in August.
