摘要
某石化公司乙烯车间裂解炉炉膛内辐射段炉管弯头处出现穿孔泄露。对失效炉管进行了宏观检验,采用直读光谱分析仪对失效管件进行了材质分析,通过扫描电镜(SEM)对失效部位进行微观形貌观察及其微区成分分析,并结合工艺过程对管件进行了失效分析。结果表明:清焦操作过程中的局部超温是导致管件失效的主要原因。
A failure resulted from perforation occurred in a tube in the radiation section of a cracking furnace was found in one petrochemical cooperation. The macroscopic examination for the failed tube was carried out. By using direct spectrum meter, the material of failed tube was examined. The broken edge in failed tube was analyzed from the observa- tion of micro - surface and the analysis of the composition micro zone was carried out by scanning electron microscopy. Then, the failed tube was analyzed with combining the process. It showed that the cause of failure was resuhed from the local over- temperature in the removing operation for coke.
