传统的高校教育造成大学生缺乏创新精神,现代高等教育要求知识型向素质型转化,着重培养学生的学习能力、动手能力和综合解决问题的能力。创新团队是实现这一目的较为有效的形式。通过创新团队,不仅提高学生创新素质,还提高了学生终身学习素质、团结协作素质、吃苦耐劳素质和科研道德素质。
