According to the examples of data processing and plotting by Origin software of two physical chemistry ex- periments, such as the measuring molecular weight of polymer by its viscosity, and subside analytic experiment, the meth- ods of plotting, linear fitting, and non - linear fitting in Origin software were introduced. Data processing using the Origin software successfully solved the following problems in physical chemistry experiments of numerous data, difficult handling as well as errors in hand- drawn diagram, which made final results more accurate.
