摘要
采用关节软骨细胞培养和同位素标记的方法观察含药血清对软骨细胞代谢的影响 ,结果中药补肾方和柔肝方具有促进兔关节软骨细胞 DNA、胶原和蛋白多糖的合成。
In the paper,we present the methods of cartilag chondrocytes culture and isotope incorporation to observe the effcets of rabbit serum containing Chinese Herbs on chondrocytes.The results showed that BuShenFang and RouGanFang of Chinese Herbs could increase cellular DNA and matrix collagen and proteoglycan of chondrocytes and it was sugested that BuShenFang and RouGanFang of Chinese Herbs have the effect of chondroprotection.
