摘要
本文提出了一种基于ABAQUS的电连接器接触件插拔力与接触电阻的有限元仿真分析方法。完成了摩擦系数、过盈量和线簧数对插拔特性的影响分析,进而应用热电耦合仿真技术实现了接触电阻的仿真。所得的结论可为电连接器接触件的设计提供依据,并为接触件的磨损分析奠定基础。
The paper FE presents the simulation method of contact pair inserted force and contact resistance for electrical connector based on ABAQUS software, and analyzes the effect of friction coefficient, interference and num- bers of line spring on inserted characteristics, and then obtains the contact resistance by using thermal - electric cou- pled simulation technique.
