在线路板生产过程中,虚焊是一种常见缺陷。本文从焊接机理出发,探讨了虚焊的形成原因、虚焊的常见种类,然后以燃气点火器为例,从工艺角度提出如何提高焊接质量,进而提高产品的合格率。
Dry joint is a common defect in the circuit board production process. The paper analyzes the cause and types of dry joint from welding Mechanism, and points out how to improve the welding quality, and increase the rate of quality products taking the ignitor of gas as example.
