大椎穴深浅刺法的退热效应研究

Study on Function of Abatement of Fever Treated by Acupuncture on Dazhui Point

大椎穴位属督脉,为诸阳脉之会,具有通阳解热的作用。以往的研究证实针刺大椎穴具有明显的退热效应,但在针刺方法对这种效应强度影响的规律性上未见报导。

The author reports 73 cases with high lever treated by acupuncture on Dazhui point.73 cases were divided into two groups,the first group:Deep puncture group,36 cases;the second group,super- fioial puncture group,37 cases. The study result indicated that the deep punc- ture group on function of abatment of fever and play rore in regulating blood circulation and blood vessel dilatation was superior than that superficial puncture group.
