校企合作构建医学类高职院校“双师”结构师资队伍的探索 被引量:6

摘要 高等职业教育具有高等教育和职业教育的双重属性,主要是培养生产、建设、服务、管理第一线的高端技能型专门人才.高端技能型人才既要具有一定的基础理论知识,又要具有较强的实践动手能力,而较强的实践能力是高职院校人才培养的主要目标和特色.为了达到培养高端技能型人才的目标,建设一支结构合理、素质优良的“双师”结构师资队伍是高职教育发展的关键.本文结合肇庆医学高等专科学校构建“双师”结构师资队伍的做法,探讨了医学类高职高专院校校企双赢,合作构建“双师”结构师资队伍的必要性及举措,总结了校企合作成果,指出了存在的问题并提出了相应的对策. Higher vocational education has double attribute of higher education and vocational edu- cation, mainly including culture production, construction, service, management of first line of high-skilled professionals. High-skilled personnel have the necessary basic theory, and strong practical ability, the latter is the main objective and characteristics. Therefore, vocational education teachers are put forward higher requirements. The key of higher vocational education faculty development is to build a reasonable structure, high-quality double-qualified teachers. 10 this paper, the necessity and measures for the win-win college-enterprise cooperation to build the double-qualified teachers were explored, the achievements of the college-enterprise cooperation were summarized, and the existing problems with relevant solutions were raised.
