摘要
在妇科肿瘤专科领域中,我国尚未建立完善的专科医师培训、考核、资格认定及继续教育体制.妇科肿瘤专科医师的培训涉及多个学科合作,迫切需要进行专科人才培养和团队建设.本文以卵巢癌治疗团队建设为例,探讨妇科肿瘤专科医师培训的相关问题,包括制度的保障、专注奉献的团队领导者、确保病人的安全性、制定培训计划、开展科研工作等.目标是制定出适合自己医院条件的专科医师培训规范,并为建立符合国情的、科学的妇科肿瘤专科医师培训体系提供参考.
Gynecology oncologist training program has not been established in China. The training program requires a multidiseipfinary cooperation of several units within a health care center and needs a special team. We discussed several issues in the training experience of ovarian carcinoma in our hospital, which included institutional commitment, dedicated program leader, patient selection and patient safety, training programs, mentoring trainees, education of other physicians and ancillary personnel, quality con- trol, monitoring outcomes, research. We hope to make our own guideline appropriate for our hospital and might be useful to make the official gynecology oncologist training program in China.
