20种中药对酪氨酸酶抑制作用的研究

Inhibitory effect of 20 Chinese crude drugs on tyrosinase

目的 :评价某些中药对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用。方法 :应用多巴色素法测定对酪氨酸酶的抑制活性 ,底物为L 酪氨酸 ,在490nm处测定吸光度。结果 :检查了 2 0种中药乙醇提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制活性 ,其中芦荟、熟地黄、当归等中药抑制作用较强。结论

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate some of Chinese crude drugs for inhibitory activity on tyrosinase.METHODS:Tyrosinase inhibitory activity was determined by the dopachrome method using L tyrosine as the substrate and the amount of dopachrome in the reaction mixtrue was messured as absorbance at 490 nm.RESULTS:The 50% ethanolic extracts of 20 Chinese crude drugs were examined for inhibitory activity on tyrosinase.Of the 20 extracts,Aloe vera var.chinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa and Angelica sinensis showed a potent inhibition.CONCLUSION:Some of the crude drugs could be used in medicines or cosmetics for the treatment of hyperpigmentation.
