摘要
目的 :研究天竺葵花的抗氧化作用。方法 :用化学发光法研究天竺葵花粗提液对超氧阴离子自由基 (O2 )和羟自由基 (·OH)的清除作用。用分光光度法研究它对 1,1 二苯基 2 苦肼基自由基 (DPPH·)的清除作用。结果 :天竺葵花具有很强的清除自由基活性。其粗提液清除O2 的IC50 分别为 3.5 μg·ml-1(红花 ) ,3.0 μg·ml-1(粉花 ) ,1.6 μg·ml-1(浅粉花 ) ;清除·OH的IC50 分别为 5 .7μg·ml-1(红花 ) ,4.2 μg·ml-1(粉花 ) ,3.8μg·ml-1(浅粉花 ) ;清除DPPH·的IC50 分别为 12 μg·ml-1(红花 ) ,8.3μg·ml-1(粉花 ) ,5 .7μg·ml-1(浅粉花 ) ,均与市售茶多酚的清除能力相近 (其IC50 分别为 :1.1,4.1,5 .4μg·ml-1)。结论 :天竺葵花可能成为一种新的高效天然抗氧化剂。
OBJECTIVE:To study the antioxidative effects of Pelargonium hortorum Bailey flower water extracts.METHODS:Scavenging effects of Pelargonium hortorum Bailey flower extracts on superoxide radical (O 2) and hydroxyl radical (·OH) was studied by a chemiluminescence assay,and the scavenging effect of them on 1,1 diphenyl 2 picryl hydrazyl (DPPH·) was studied by spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The scavenging activity of Pelargonium hortorum Bailey flower extracts on free radical was strong.Its IC 50 on O 2 was 3.5 μg·ml -1 (red),3.0 μg·ml -1 (pink),1.6 μg·ml -1 (lihgt pink),its IC 50 on ·OH was 5.7 μg·ml -1 (red),4.2 μg·ml -1 (pink),3.8 μg·ml -1 (light pink),its IC 50 on DPPH· was 12 μg·ml -1 (red),8.3 μg·ml -1 (pink),5.7 μg·ml -1 (light pink),similar to that of tea polyphenol(IC 50 =1.1,4.1,5.4 μg·ml -1 ).CONCLUSION:The Pelargonium hortorum Bailey flower can be used as an antioxidant.
