宁波市民工子弟小学学生行为问题及其影响因素调查分析 被引量:2

Influencing factors of migrant children with behavior problems

摘要 目的:了解小学民工子女行为问题的发生情况,探讨民工子女行为问题与其家庭环境等因素的关系。方法:应用Conners父母问卷(PSQ)、自制儿童及家庭一般情况调查表对宁波市某民工子弟小学1-6年级在校学生584人进行行为问题及其影响因素调查分析。结果:民工子弟小学学生行为问题检出率为14.73%。主要影响因素有:非母亲抚养、父母投入时间金钱不够、社会支持不够、生长在核心型家庭、父母管教严厉、男童,OR及其95%CI分别为9.347(5.386~17.442)、6.821(3.457~9.862)、5.546(2.875~9.965)、0.694(0.353~0.973)、3.642(1.674~7.863)、2.272(1.443~6.474)、1.941(1.226~5.387)。其中生长在核心型家庭可以降低学生的行为问题检出率。结论:民工子弟儿童行为问题与家庭环境密切相关,应关注非父母抚养、母亲文化程度低的儿童。 Objective To explore the risk factors of behavioral problems in children of migrant workers and the relationship of behavioral problems with family environment. Methods 584 children were selected for the study. We assessed the children and their parents with the Conners" Child Behavior Questionnaire (parent's version). Results The prevalence of behavior problem of migrant workers" children was 14.73 %. The influencing factors were without being fostered by their parents, parents" insufficient input on time and money, insufficient social support, growing up in a nuclear family, patents'stern discipline and being boys. Their OR values and 95 % CI were 9. 347 (5. 386 - 17. 442), 6. 821 (3. 457 - 9. 862),5. 546(2. 875-9. 965),0. 694(0. 353-0. 973) ,3. 642(1. 674- 7. 863) ,2. 272(1. 443-6. 474) ,and 1. 941(1. 226- 5. 387)respectively. Growing up in a nuclear family could decrease the detection rate of behavior problems. Conclusion Behavior problems of migrant children are closely related with their family environment. We should pay more attention to the children who were not fostered by their parents and the children whose mother were not well--educated.
