电针、手捻针对大鼠垂体后叶某些酶影响的组织化学观察

摘要 近年来的许多实验研究已表明:针刺镇痛与体液、神经内分泌系统关系密切。很多学者发现,脑下垂体积极地参与了镇痛与调整过程。葛子等观察到,电针能使大鼠、兔的视上核及垂体后叶分泌增强。垂体后叶激素也具有镇痛作用。 178 healthy,male adult rats were selected and divided randomly into three groups:namely the electroacupuncture group needled at the'Huantiao' points bilaterally,the manual-acupuncture group and the control.The results as follows:Comparing with the control's,the pain threshold was significantly elevated in most of rats after two kind of needling (p<0.001),but there was no remarkable differen- ce between the two acupuncture groups.The reaction of BuChE,NsEase,AlPase and G6Pase in the post- erior lober was much more intensive in both acupun- cture groups than that of control group.The differ- ence between two needling groups and the control's was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two acup- uncture groups(P>0.5).The possible mechanisim was also discussed in this paper.
