摘要
目的 :比较他佐巴坦与舒巴坦的抑酶强弱。方法 :测定Ki 值及IC50 。结果 :他佐巴坦的Ki 值大于舒巴坦的Ki 值 ;他佐巴坦的IC50 小于舒巴坦的IC50 。结论 :他佐巴坦的抑酶作用强于舒巴坦。
OBJECTIVE:To compare the inhibitory activity to β lactamase of tazobactam with sulbactum.METHODS:The K i and IC 50 values of tazobactam and sulbactum were measured.RESULTS:The K i value of tazobactam was higher than that of sulbactum and the IC 50 value of tazobactam was lower than that of sulbactum.CONCLUSION:The inhibitory activity of tazobactam was stronger than that of sulbactum.
