摘要 HFE143m是一种新型环保制冷剂,目前国内的相关研究十分欠缺。在广泛查阅文献的基础上,列出了HFE143m的热物理性质计算公式,并将其与HFC134a的典型制冷循环特性进行了理论分析、比较和计算。计算结果表明:HFE143m的运行压力低于HFC134a,在等熵压缩工况下,单位质量制冷量和COP分别提高2.9%和3.6%,在固定压缩机出口过热度(25℃)工况下,单位质量制冷量和COP分别提高2.9%和16.6%,是HFC134a的潜在制冷剂替代物。 HFE143m is a novel environment friendly refrigerant, but domestic research on it is very limited. Thermophysical properties correlations of HFE 143m and comparison of cycle performance between HFC 134a and HFE 143m are given in this paper. The results show that the operating pressure of HFE 143m is lower than that of HFC 134a. The per unit mass cooling capacity and the coefficient of performance (COP) are improved 2.9% and 3.6%, respectively, under the isentropic compression condition. The per unit mass cooling capacity and the COP are improved 2.9% and 16.6%, respectively, when the compressor outlet superheat is 25 ℃. This novel refrigerant has the potential to replace HFC 134a.
