质谱仪离子导向装置的原理、应用和进展 被引量:7

摘要 离子导向装置(ion guide)是传输离子的重要手段。在质谱仪器中,离子导向装置是离子光学(ion op-tics)系统的重要组成部分,是联络处于低真空(或大气压)电离源和质量分析器的桥梁。离子导向装置不仅用于传输离子,还可降低离子的空间发散度和能量分散度,使离子最大限度到达质量分析器。本工作主要对一些常用的离子导向装置的原理、应用和进展进行了评述,并展望了未来的发展。 Ion guides are efficient ion transmission settings. In mass spectrometric apparatus, an ion guide is one of the major parts of ion optics, which connects the ionization source in low vacuum (or ambient atmosphere) and mass analyzer. Ion guides are used to transport ions with high efficiency, while reducing the spatial and energetic distribution. In this paper, we will review the principles, applications and progress of some conventional used ion guides, and anticipate its future development.
