高校学生管理制度是调节和控制大学生学习、生活及与之相关的各种社会关系的准则和规范的总称,其核心价值取向是育人。实践中,这种育人的价值取向却难以显现。为此,可以通过引导师生正确认识高校学生管理制度、高校学生管理制度的内容要以生为本、制定的过程要遵循道义原则、执行中要有弹性和张力这四种途径来实现高校学生管理制度的育人取向。

The student management system of colleges and universities is the general term for the rules and norms which adjust and control the students＇ study, living and their social relations. The core value orientation of this system is to cultivate talents. However, this value orientation is not fully carried out in practice. This value ori- entation may be fulfilled if teachers and students have a correct understanding of the system, if it is student-cen- tered, if the establishment of this system follows the moral principles, and if the vale orientation is enforced with flexibility and tension.
