摘要
"院团结合"人才培养模式在国内尚无先例,因此在理论及实践上有很大的探索空间及价值。以院团结合艺术实践课程为创设新型音乐舞蹈艺术人才培养的载体,构建具有鲜明特色的音乐舞蹈艺术教育目标体系、管理体系和运作机制,在全面提升音乐舞蹈艺术教育品质,实现新型艺术教育的"产学研"互补,培养符合社会需要的多元化应用型人才,整合社会资源方面具有无可置疑的优势。"院团结合"艺术实践研究为"院团"协作人才培养实践系统积累了较为丰富的行动案例和实践经验,为我国高校音乐舞蹈专业的人才培养提供了可参照的范式。
The talents training mode based on the combination of troupes and schools is unprecedented in Chi- na. Thus, there is great exploration space and value both in theory and practice. By using the Artistic Practice Course of Troupes Combined with Schools as the carrier, we try to construct a unique target system and management system and operation mechanism for the music and dance education. This artistic education mode has absolute ad- vantage of comprehensively improving the artistic education quality of music and dance curriculums, enhancing the university - industry collaboration in artistic education, cultivating talents that satisfy the social needs, and integra- ting the social resources. The research of artistic practice by combing troupes with schools has accumulated a wealth of action cases and practical experiences for the cooperation between troupes and schools, and has provided a para- digm of professional talents cultivation in the fields of music and dance in China.
