摘要
近年来,我们曾报道针刺'人中'穴对正常中枢呼吸机能具有特异性影响;对实验性中枢呼吸功能紊乱具有调制作用。在此基础上,本工作利用实验性呼吸暂停的动物,进一步观察了'人中'穴和三叉神经传入系统对中枢呼吸活动的影响,并对其可能机制进行初步分析。方法实验用健康家兔19只,体重2~2.5kg,雌雄不拘。在氨基甲酸乙酯(1g/kg)静脉麻醉下,按常规完成气管插管、断双侧颈迷走神经。
The inspiratory on-switch responses under elec-
trical stimulation of Renzhong or terminal nucleus
of trigemini(TNT)were studied in experimental
apnea rabbits.Results showed that electrical stimu-
lation of Renzhong shortened the duration of apnea
and evoked rhythmic breathing.It differs greatly
from Suliao and Zsusanli in the effect.TNT had the
same response as Renzhong.The original nucleus of
trigemini(ONT)showed no such effect.This indi-
cated that the Renzhong point and sensorius superior
system of trigemini had centain specificity in the
improvement of respiratory disorder.
