Xiaozhuang Normal School's characteristics,such as sharing goals,sharing responsibilities and integrating teaching,learning and doing,derived from and proofed Tao Xingzhi's belief that school should be a place of communal living.Tao Xingzhi insisted school should be a community.The reason that Tao Xingzhi emphasized school should be a place of communal living was related with his view of life is education and society is school.Because of this,Tao Xingzhi's School view not only enlightens us to build school community through communal living,but reminds us to take a broader vision to understand school community from the standpoint of the relationship between school and society.
