超急性期心肌梗死患者猝死1例

摘要 患者男性,69岁.因＂心前区持续性疼痛1h＂就诊,自行口服硝酸甘油无效.体检：T 37.1℃,R 65次 / min,BP 130 / 70mmHg,心律齐,各瓣膜区未闻及病理性杂音,两肺无殊 .11：23急查心电图（图1）示： 窦性心律,心房率65次 / min,V2~V4 ST段呈凹面向上抬高0.50~0.70mV, V2~V4 T波直立,达1.7~2.1mV,未见病理性Q波.
