区域科技投入对经济社会发展水平的影响研究

On Influence of Regional Science and Technology Investment on Economic and Social Development

本文运用主成分分析和因子分析方法评价了2001年～2009年我国30个省、市、自治区(西藏除外)科技投入与经济社会发展的综合水平,并通过面板数据就科技投入对经济社会发展水平的影响进行了分析。结果表明:在科技投入水平上,东部与中、西部地区差距呈现扩大趋势;在人均经济社会总量和环境水平上,科技投入对西部地区影响最大;在经济社会发展综合水平上,科技投入对东部地区影响最大。

This paper analyzes the technology investment and economic and social development level of 30 provinces, munic- ipalities and autonomous regions （excluding Tibet） in China from 2001 to 2009 with the methods of principal component analysis and factor analysis method. And then, the paper makes an analysis on the impact of investment in science and technology on eco- nomic and social development through panel data. The results showed that： Firstly, there is a trend of expansion gap between the east and the middle and west in the level of investment of science and technology. Secondly, science and technology investment has the greatest impact on the western region in total per capita economic and social and environmental level. Thirdly, science and technology has the greatest impact on the eastern region in the economic and social development level.
