Clinical Analysis of 32 Cases of Adult "Still" Disease

目的观察糖皮质激素联合非甾体类药物(NSAIDS)及免疫抑制剂治疗成人still病疗效。方法回顾性分析药物治疗成人still病治疗情况。结果糖皮质激素联合非甾体类药物及免疫抑制剂治疗成人still病,患者症状均能控制。结论单用NSAIDS治疗,剂量大,效果多数不理想,且胃肠道副作用大,病人多不易耐受。糖皮质激素与NSAIDS联用可很快控制病情,症状迅速缓解。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of treating adult still disease with glucocorticoid joint with nonsteroidal drugs and immunosuppressive therapy. Methods： A retrospective analysis of drug treatment of adult still disease. Results： The symptoms of adult still disease can be controlled with glucocorticoids combined with nonsteroidal drugs and immunosuppressive therapy. Conclusion： The effect of the majority is not satisfying with only use of NSAIDS, which can cause severe gastrointestinal side effects and patients don＇t tolerate while glucocorticoids together with NSAIDS can control the disease and ease the symptoms very quickly.
