高校学生意外伤害事故的处理已引起社会各界的关注,大学生如果遇到意外伤害,学校需要承担什么样的责任,我国现有的法律都没有确切具体的规定,缺乏具体的指导和可操作性。如果长时间不能找到行之有效的解决途径,不仅给学生及家长带来不幸,也影响到教育事业的发展。由于缺乏处理这方面事故的专项法律,造成处理这类事故无法可依,处理难度较大。

How to handle the accidental injuries of college students has caused concerns of the community. Our present laws have no exact specific provisions about what responsibilities the school needs to take when students encounter an unexpected injury. It lacks specific guidance and manoeuverability, It not only brings misfortune to the students and parents, but also affects the development of education if an effective way to resolve can not found for a long time. The absence of this special law on handling this kind of accidents causes a lot of problems.
