Research on the Construction of Dual-qualified Teachers in the Vocational Colleges

高职院校的主要任务是培养高端技能型专门人才,突出人才的专业技能,完成这个任务必须依靠从事专业教学的双师型教师队伍。本文主要从双师型的内涵、建设的途经、保障机制三个方面论述高职院校双师型教师队伍的建设。

TThe main task of the higher vocational colleges is to train high-end skilled talents, highlighting their professional skills. We must rely on the double-type professional teachers to accomplish this task.This paper discusses the construction of teachers in vocational colleges from three aspects,including the connotation of the double type, the way of construction and the safeguard mechanism.
