金振口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床研究

The Clinical Study of the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia of Children Combining Azithromycin with JinZhenKouFuYe

目的观察阿奇霉素联合金振口服液治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将84例轻症支原体肺炎患儿随机分成研究组和对照组,其中研究组44例,给予金振口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组40例,仅给予阿奇霉素。治疗2周后比较2组疗效。结果研究组总有效率95.45%,对照组总有效率77.5%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组症状消退时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组仅1例患儿发生轻微大便稀溏,未治疗自行好转。结论金振口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效显著,症状体征消失时间短,不良反应轻微,适合临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy using azithromycin combined with JinZhenKouFuYe in the treatment of children with mild mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods All 84 children with mild mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,research group was consisted of 44 children treated with azithromycin combined with JinZhenKouFuYe and the control group consisted of 40 children were treated with azithromycin only.Results the effective rate of research group and control group are 95.45% and 77.5%, the difference bewteen the two groups is of great significance（P0.05）.Symptom disappearance in the research group were markedly shorter than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Combining azithromycin with JinZhenKouFuYe has a good efficacy in the treatment of children with mild mycoplasmal pneumonia.It’s quite suitable for clinical use.
