绝经后阴道出血患者190例的病因分析

目的探讨绝经后阴道出血的病因。方法回顾性分析190例绝经后阴道出血患者的病历资料。结果绝经后阴道出血的原因以炎症性疾病最多,占67。89%,生殖系统肿瘤占14.74%。恶性肿瘤患者与非恶性疾病患者的绝经年限及持续阴道出血时间的差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经年限长(>10年)、阴道出血时间长(>14d)的绝经后阴道出血患者,患恶性肿瘤可能性较大。

Objective Explore the causes of vaginal bleeding in postmenopausal women.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinic data of 190 patients with postmenopausal bleeding.Results Genital inflammation resulting in postmenopausal bleeding is 67.89%, Genital tumor is 14.74%,dysfunctional uterine bleeding is 13.15%. There were significant differences in the term of menopause,the times of vaginal bleeding,in patients of malignant diseases and benign ones（P0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of malignant tumor was higher in postmenopausal vaginal bleeding women with long term of menopause（10 years）and times of vaginal bleeding（14 days）.
