四种经穴疗法治疗青少年近视眼疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Youngsters’ Myopia Treated by Four Kinds of Points Therapy

我科两年来用四种经穴疗法治疗青少年近视眼241例,计478只眼。随机将478只眼分在不同疗法的四个治疗组,通过对疗效的对比,分析四种疗法治疗青少年近视眼的优劣,以便在不同情况下,选择不同的治疗方法,收到较好疗效。临床资料A组(耳穴埋豆组):有54例,计108只眼。其中男性25例,计50只患眼,女性29例,计58只患眼。年龄最小7岁,最大20岁。

The author treated youngster's myopia by four methods:seed imbedded in ear points(108 eyes), head acupuncture(132 eyes),magnetic needle acu- puncture(112 eyes),instrument therapy(126 eyes). According to the statistical analysis,the therapeutic effect of instruments is best,those of magnetic ne- edles acupuncture and ear points are secondary,and that of head acupuncture wrorst among the four.The procedure of instruments therapy is as follows:press the output end of positive and negative polesonn Zanzhu point straightly and slightly,then adjust the intensity of the instrument,which should be within patient's endurance.It costs five minutes on this points.Then apply the same method on Jingming point for five minutes.This is one treatment.A tre- atment should be given every another day and 10 times make one course.
