人才培养模式会因高等教育环境、社会需求和专业特点不同而有所不同,高校经管类专业人才培养要有效地整合社会资源、高校资源、专业教师资源和学生资源。从系统观和整体观来看,社会需求、高校资源、专业教师和学生是一条互为依托、前后衔接、互利共赢的人才培养的"生态链"。

Personnel training modes are various according to different higher education environment, social needs and professional characteristics. We should integrate society,university,professional teacher and student resources to realize good education for economics and management students. From the perspective of the system and the overall concept, the social needs,university resources,professional teachers and students construct a personnel training ecological chain of which every aspect relies on each other.
