摘要
《新课程标准》中说:学生是学习和发展的主体。健美操作为大学的必修课程必须根据学生身心发展和学习的特点,关注学生的个体差异和不同的学习需求,爱护学生的好奇心、求知欲,充分激发学生的主动意识和进取精神。结果表明:自主性教育方式,能使学生较好地掌握健美操基本技术、技能和理论知识;有利于学生自学和创新能力的培养,为其终身体育奠定基础。
"The new curriculum standards," said:students are learning and the development of the subject.Calisthenics required courses for the University students must be based on the characteristics of physical and mental development and learning,attention to student's individual differences and different learning needs,and care to students curiosity,thirst for knowledge,students take the initiative to fully stimulate awareness and enterprising spirit.The results showed that:sex education in their own way,enabling students to better grasp the basic aerobics technology,skills and theoretical knowledge;conducive to student learning and creative ability,lay the foundation for life-long sport.
