摘要
新课程改革重视教师评价的激励性功能,但在实际的体育课堂教学中,教师的评价语言过于肤浅,特别是缺少激励性语言,而在体育教学过程中,教师可以通过激励性语言创设适合每一个孩子发展的教育环境,去激励孩子享受成功的愉悦。文章从体育课堂教学中激励性语言的重要性、激励策略这2个方面进行归纳总结,起到抛砖引玉的作用。
The new curriculum reform to teachers evaluation incentive function,but in the actual physical classroom teaching,teachers' language assessment is too superficial,especially lack of motivation of language,whereas in the physical education teaching process,teachers can create by encouraging language suitable for every child development education environment,to inspire the children to enjoy success pleasure.The sports classroom teaching incentive language were summarized,play a role.
