摘要
分析目前高职物流人才培养模式的不足,提出网格化人才培养模式的内涵,分析将网格化管理用于高职物流人才培养模式的可行性,构建基于网格化管理的高职物流人才培养模式,为高职构建物流人才培养模式提供新的借鉴。
By analyzing the insufficient of logistics talents cultivation model of higher vocation education at present, the text defined the connotation of gridding talents cultivation model, and analyzed the feasibility of grid management used for logistics talents cultivation model of higher vocation education, and built the logistics talents cultivation model of higher vocation education based on grid management. The text offered a new direction for logistics talents cultivation model of higher vocation education.
