加味玉屏风散治疗儿童哮喘缓解期25例

25 cases of pediatric remission stage asthma treated with increased Yupingfeng Powder

目的:观察加味玉屏风散治疗儿童哮喘缓解期的疗效。方法:将50例哮喘缓解期儿童按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组给予加味玉屏风散口服,对照组给予布地奈德气雾剂吸入,2组均治疗3月,随访1年。结果:治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率72%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后随访1年内哮喘发作次数分别为:治疗组(1.8±1.4)次,对照组(3.6±1.2)次,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味玉屏风散治疗儿童哮喘缓解期,可显著改善哮喘症状,明显减少哮喘反复发作的次数,提高哮喘患儿生活质量,安全简便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of increased Yupingfeng Powder to pediatric remission stage asthma.Methods： Randomly put 50 cases of remission stage asthma patient into treatment group and control group,25 cases for each group,treatment group were treated with increased Yupingfeng Powder,while the control group were treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation.The two groups were all treated for 3 months,followed up for 1 year.Results： The total effective rate for treatment group was 92%,for control group was 72%,the effects in the treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.05）;the recurrent times of the groups in the 1 year following-up period was（1.8±1.4） for treatment group,（3.6±1.2） for control group.The difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： In the treatment of pediatric remission stage asthma,increased Yupingfeng Powder can obviously improve the symptom,reduce the recurrent times,greatly raise the life quality,which is safe and simple,deserves to be wide spread.
