基于社会建构主义的成人教育教学策略

摘要 当前,我国成人教育教学存在着教学方法以灌输式为主、教学重理论轻实践、教学中缺乏师生间的互动、教学评价单一等问题。社会建构主义理论认为学习是个体在与环境的相互作用中建构自身理解和知识的过程,基于这一理论的教学方法更苻合成人学习者学习中注重实用性、自主性、问题性等特点。相应的教学方法包括合作学习、情境学习和问题解决学习,以及优化教育评估等,其更有利于成人教学的顺利进行。 Nowadays, there are several problems in the teaching of adult education in China such as the following aspects, the teaching method mainly is the style of indoctrination, it focus on the theorization but neglects the prac- tice in the teaching, the teaching evaluation is single. For social construetivism theory, study is regarded as the process of the individual construct its understanding and knowledge. The teaching method based on this theory is more suitable for the characteristics such as emphasis on practice, autonomy and problems of adult learners' learn- ing. These teaching methods include cooperative learning, situated learning, problem-solving learning and educational assessment and so on . It is better for the process of adult education.
