我国幼儿园教育软暴力研究述评

摘要 幼儿园教育软暴力问题日益受到社会的关注,研究者认为,幼儿园中容易出现教育软暴力的情景有:晨间接待幼儿来园情境,教育活动情景、生活活动情景以及幼儿离园情境;教育软暴力出现的原因包括传统教育观念的影响,幼儿教师的职业倦怠及师资数量不够、学历层次低等;转变幼儿教育观念、加强幼儿教师的职业培训和建设幼儿园组织文化是消解幼儿园教育软暴力问题的主要途径。要实现普及学前教育的目标,必须加强研究的系统性,通过综合治理克服幼儿园教育软暴力现象。 People pay attention to the question of soft violence in kindergarten increasingly. Many investigators con- sider that when the infant come to kindergarten, in the process of educational activities, on the daily life or leaving kindergarten the soft violence in education occurs more easily . The reason for the question include the influence of traditional education ideas, burnout, shortage of teachers, poor edrtcational background. Therefore, the main routes are as follows, changing education ideas, enhancing job training about nursery person and constructing the kindergarten's organizational culture. In order to realize the goal which made preschool education universal, we should make a systematic study. Overcome the soft violence in kindergarten through comprehensive control.
