不同创业阶段创业女性工作家庭冲突的平衡模式研究 被引量:7

摘要 创业女性的工作家庭冲突问题正日益成为社会关注的热点。文章通过对20位创业女性的深入访谈记录,运用扎根理论和定量内容分析方法,研究发现创业女性平衡工作家庭冲突的三个维度:情感支持、资源协同和角色管理,提出了创业女性工作家庭冲突平衡的三种模式:基于情感支持的前景展望模式、基于资源协同的利益交换模式和基于角色管理的角色需求模式,这三种模式在创业女性的不同创业阶段会产生动态的变化。根据研究结论提出了对女性创业者的管理建议和对社会系统的建议以及未来的研究展望。 Work-family conflict of women entrepreneurs is increasingly becoming the focus of atten- tion in the world. Through the records of in-depth interviews with 20 female entrepreneurs, using roots theory and quantitative content analysis method, the research found out three dimensions of work-family conflict balance: emotion support, resources collaboration and role management. Three balancing modes of work-family conflict were put forward: future prospect mode based on emotion support, interests exchange mode based on resources collaboration, and role demand mode based on role management. In different stages of entrepreneurship of women entrepreneurs, the three modes will vary dynamically. According to the results, suggestions to female entrepreneurs and social sys- tem as well as future research directions were proposed.
