Affordable housing policy is an important livelihood project of China in order to solve the housing problems of low-income people and stable the prices of real estase.But there are many difficulties in the course of implementation,such as insufficient of land,shortage of funds,unfair distribution of housing.It is analyzed of some problems in the course of the construction of affordable housing in depth and proposed some possible ways to solve the problems on the basis of describing the background of Chinese construction of affordable housing.
