摘要
薪酬管理作为人力资源管理的核心内容,在企业经营管理中居于重要地位。它既是企业管理者最难处理的问题,又是员工关注的敏感问题。基于FNK公司进行分析,其不合理的薪酬体系成为制约公司发展的瓶颈,因此进行了薪酬体系再设计,构建了一套能够基本满足核心员工需求的薪酬体系。
Management of salary is the core of human resources management,and plays an important role in the enterprise management.It's not only the question that should be thought twice by the enterprise owners,but also the most sensitive aspect that all the employees care about.The current salary system is analyzed in FNK Co.,Ltd that the obstacle is on the way to development.The company has redesigned the salary system and set up a new one to meet the staff's needs.
