The current situation of Chinese vocational education indicated that the key problem of affecting our country occupation education development is people＇s concept and the role of vocational education. And then, it should be necessary to learn some successful experiences from German and American vocational education systems, such as introducing and implementing transfer education, to ensure a smooth interconnection between vocational and common education. And sustainable developments of Chinese vocational education will be secured if transfer education becomes widely practiced in the near future.
