对新的历史条件下提高党的建设科学化水平必须坚持的原则进行了系统论述,这种从历史经验中得出的科学结论标志着党对执政规律的认识提升到了一个新的水平,必须准确把握党的建设基本规律,有效整合组织工作资源,着力推进组织工作科学化。

It is analyzed of enhancing the scientific Party Building of the Communist Party of China in this paper. The scientific conclusion from history experience marks our party＇s level has gone up to a new level of understanding for the law being in power. We must seize the basic law of Party Building in precise term,integrate the organization working resources and carry the organization work a scientific step.
