摘要
教师综合素质评价是一项涉及多因素的复杂的系统性工作。利用灰色理论,结合层次分析(AHP)法,建立了教师综合素质灰色评价模型,并在此基础上构造了教师综合素质灰色层次评价支持系统。
The teacher＇s integrate quality evaluation is a piece of complicated work that involved many factors. In this paper, based on grey theory, using AHP method, we set up the model of teacher＇s integrate quality evaluation, and construct its support system.
