化痰活血解郁法结合心理干预治疗中风后抑郁探讨

Exploring of treating PSD by Huatan Huoxue Jieyu therapy plus psychological intervention

目的:观察化痰活血解郁法结合心理干预治疗中风后抑郁症的治疗效果。方法:符合(CCMD-3)抑郁症的诊断标准的60例中风后抑郁症患者,分治疗组与对照组各30例,两组患者根据病情均给予常规的中风治疗和心理治疗,治疗组加用中药汤剂口服,进行4周治疗,分别于治疗前和治疗后4周用汉密顿抑郁自评量表检查及临床神经功能缺损评分评定两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗前两组HAMD分值无差异,治疗4周后两组患者HAMD﹑CSS评分均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义。治疗组抑郁总有效率和神经功能恢复总有效率均明显高于对照组。结论:化痰活血解郁法结合心理干预治疗有良好的抗抑郁及促进神经功能恢复作用。

Objective： To observe the effects of treating PSD by Huatan Huoxue Jieyu therapy plus psychological intervention.Methods： With（CCMD-3） depression diagnostic criteria in 60 cases of PSD patients,divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group,two groups of patients according to disease were given conventional stroke treatment and psychological treatment,the treatment group was added with TCM decoction oral,4 weeks of treatment,respectively,before and after treatment of 4 weeks with Hamilton Depression self-rating scale for examination and clinical neural function defect score evaluation in two groups of patients.Resulfs： In two groups before treatment showed no difference in HAMD scores,4 weeks after treatment in two groups with HAMD,CSS score were significantly lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,there was significant difference between the treatment group total effectiveness.Depression and recovery of neurological function in the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion： Treating PSD by Huatan Huoxue Jieyu therapy plus psychological intervention have a good antidepressant and promote the recovery of neurological function effect.
