中医治疗肾小球肾炎87例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 87 cases of glomerulonephritis in TCM

目的:探讨与分析中医治疗肾小球肾炎的临床疗效与观察。方法:将我院近些年来接收的87例肾小球肾炎患者,中医辨证分型,然后用不同的方法进行治疗。结果:通过我们用中医手段治疗肾小球肾炎患者后,87例患者中,有48名患者痊愈,痊愈率为55.17%,总有效患者为76例,总有效率为87.35%。结论:通过我们治疗87例肾小球肾炎患者,分析出中医能有效的治疗肾小球肾炎患者,值得在临床上进行推广并应用。

Objective： To investigate and analysis of the clinical efficacy on treating glomerulonephritis in TCM.Methods： The hospital in recent years received 87 cases of patients with glomerulonephritis,TCM type,and then using different methods for treatment.Results： After treatment 48 patients were cured,the cure rate was 55.17%,the total effective in patients with 76 cases,the total effective rate was 87.35%.Conclusion： Treating 87 cases of patients with glomerular nephritis,analyzd that TCM can be effective on treating patients with glomerulonephritis,and worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
