平喘汤结合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘50例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 50 cases of bronchial asthma with the Pingchuan decoction plus seretide

目的:观察平喘汤结合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:选择我院门诊支气管哮喘患者100例,将其随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用舒利迭治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用平喘汤治疗,治疗1周后观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗显效20例,有效15例,无效15例,治疗总有效率为70.0%,而观察组治疗显效31例,有效17例,无效仅2例,治疗总有效率高达96.0%,两组总有效率比较差异显著P<0.01。结论:平喘汤结合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘,疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of the Pingchuan decoction plus seretide on treating bronchial asthma.To choose 100 cases of patients with bronchial asthma from our hospital,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,control group were treated with seretide,on the basis of treatment of control group,the observation groupwere given seretide plus Pingchuan decoction,after one week the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results： In the control group,20 cases were markedly,15 cases in effective and 15 cases invalid,the total effective rate was 70.0%,while the experimental group treatment is markedly in 31 cases,17 cases effective,and only two cases invalid,the total effective rate up to 96.0%,the difference of the total efficiency of the two group was significant（P0.01）.Conclusion： The Pingchuan decoction plus seretide has a significant effect on treating bronchial asthma,is worthy of clinical application.
