摘要
麝香保心丸加规范化药物(治疗组)和常规药物(对照组)治疗92例心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的老年患者疗效观察。结果:治疗组可明显改善心功能和血液动力学改变,并可降低心机耗氧量,且副作用小,在治疗心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者上更优于对照组,值得临床推广。
The Shexiang Baoxin pill and standardization of medicine（treatment group） 92 cases of myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure in elderly patients Efficacy of treatment with conventional medicine（control group）.Results： The treatment group significantly improved cardiac function and hemodynamic changes,and reduces the effort oxygen consumption,and fewer side effects than the control group after the treatment of myocardial infarction in patients with heart failure,worthy of promotion.
